How do i break up with my boyfriend without losing him as a friend?

so my boyfriend and i haven't really been getting along the way we should and i'm going to end up breaking up with him. i just want to stay friends. i think him having a girlfriend is to much for him because he's still not mature. but how do i still stay friends?How do i break up with my boyfriend without losing him as a friend?
you should just break up with him because once you do he will be mad but after a while he will cool down and then he will want to be your friend and then every thing will be alright. just dont pressure him to be you friend because he will be mad just let him cool down it might take a while but he will want to. so just let him have some time then he will want to be your friend.How do i break up with my boyfriend without losing him as a friend?
be like well me and you both know that we havent been getting along and i think it would be better for the both of us if we just broke up now and were just friends. Or you could tell him that you just like him as a freind and nothing more. But chances are he's gonna be bitter about the break up and probably not want to be friends. thats how guys are
Tell him what you just said here. Whether he will want you in his life as a friend depends on how he takes the news. Chances are he might want an out as well. When you break up, give him some time and see if you can be friends, sometimes it is possible a lot of times, you need to cut you losses and move on!
I would just talk to him. Explain why you want to break up but don't be too harsh. If he is really in to you it may take a while for things to get back to normal being only friends but as long as your honest with him and try not to hurt his feelings then you should be able to remain friends. there is no way to guarentee it but dont just be like i'm dumping you tell him you wanna be really good friends with him instead of date cuz you have found out your a lesbian =] or something like that
just be like i dont think were going to work out right now.and that you wanna be friends with.you never know he might change.
